Ad Reporting Privacy

This policy covers LNGVTY’s internal Meta advertising reporting app. Store purchases and other website activity are covered by our store privacy policy.

Information and purpose

With an authorized account owner’s permission, we process ad-account, campaign, ad-set, ad and creative identifiers, advertising content and settings, aggregate performance metrics, attributed conversion totals, and authorized images and videos. We use authorization information to connect the app. We do not request customer lists, payment details, individual purchase records or individual viewer identities from Meta.

We use this information to measure advertising performance, review creatives, maintain reporting history and deliver internal reports. Meta access is read-only: the app does not create, edit or pause ads. We do not sell Meta data, build personal profiles from it or use it to retarget individuals.

Storage and sharing

Reporting data and creative copies are stored privately and shared with authorized LNGVTY personnel and service providers acting on our behalf. Providers include Cloudflare for hosting and storage and Slack for internal report delivery. Creative analysis may use local software or a processing provider where enabled; we limit shared information to what the service needs.

Security and retention

We restrict access to authorized people and services, keep credentials separate from reports, and use encrypted connections. We retain reporting history and creative copies while needed for advertising analysis, subject to applicable legal requirements. We review retained information and remove it when no longer needed or when required by an authorized request, Meta’s requirements or applicable law.

Your choices and deletion

You can withdraw access through Meta’s connected-app or business-integration settings. This stops new authorized collection but does not automatically delete existing copies. We verify your authority over the account before acting and address requests as soon as reasonably possible and within applicable legal deadlines. See our ad reporting data deletion instructions.

Requests cover our reporting storage, local working copies and internal Slack copies under our control. Provider backup copies may remain until their retention periods expire; retained copies are restricted from ordinary use. We explain any legal retention requirement or limitation when responding.
